How do I access my test results?
Existing clients can access test results through our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal here.

What is your typical turnaround time for test results?
99.5% of our toxicology samples are resulted within 48 hours of laboratory receipt.
We use multiple shipping partnerships (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and efficient batch processing to minimize turnaround times. Speed is one of our key competitive advantages, and we rarely get beat on sample processing time.
How do I request a custom testing panel or protocol?

Are you licensed to provide testing services in my state?
We currently hold state licenses in 27 states (AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV), allowing us to provide insurance-based patient testing across these regions.
